Topic: PSCU’s Path to Agility – a retro on our Agile transformation
Speaker: Sheila Porter, Vice President, Enterprise Program Management Office, Payment Systems for Credit Unions (PSCU)
Speaker Bio: Sheila Porter will be speaking to us on PSCU's Path to Agility
Sheila Porter leads PSCU’s Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) with responsibility for planning, managing and delivering key strategic initiatives for the credit union-owned cooperative. Ms. Porter has been instrumental in building out the EPMO discipline since joining the company in 2006. Prior work experience includes serving as an Account Executive/Project Manager for a woman-owned small business and an 11-year career with Raymond James and Associates.
