The Certification Hamster Wheel - Is it worth it?

As busy professional(s) we have numerous opportunities afforded to us by our employers and through our networks to become certified with numerous certifying bodies.   Are these certifications worth it?  Should I be doing more?   Where do I start?  When do I stop?  How many certs is enough?  During our 60 minute chat, we will discuss David Filer's personal certification journey as well as discuss the pros and cons of certifications.
