• Our Portfolio Management processes include an investment selection approach.  Brett will provide an overview for how stakeholders prepare for and present “opportunity” requests and how the Executive Leadership Team uses this information to arrive at data-driven investment decisions.
• Our Demand Management processes help Healthe to set initiative priorities for each quarter.  Sometimes this involves challenging trade-off discussions, but has resulted in higher quality business outcomes and happier customers and employees.

Mr. Luna has over 25 years of experience providing strategically-aligned enterprise solutions across multiple industries, having spent much of his career in Healthcare.  Over the past 3 years, Brett has been the Chief Information Officer at Healthesystems.  “Healthe” provides breakthrough Medical Cost Management services and technology solutions, in the Worker’s Comp segment of healthcare.  Brett’s areas of accountability include: enterprise architecture, enterprise portfolio management and delivery practices and services, application development, infrastructure services, information security, information management, and interoperability for both internal and external systems and business partners.  Currently, Brett is leading a major transformation program at Healthe that includes modernization of technology platforms, workforce collaboration, and Agile planning and delivery methods.
