Kym is a 16+ year veteran of multimedia and public communications and 6 years managing strategic public relations for large roadway and bridge construction projects. She is currently a Project Information Officer for the Selmon West Extension located in South Tampa, owned and operated by the Tampa-Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA).
James Drapp is a vice president in HNTB’s Tampa office. He has 37 years of experience coordinating all design and production efforts associated with roadway design, including project development and environment (PD&E) studies, horizontal and vertical geometrics, interchange and intersection design, traffic control plan (TCP), cross-sections, drainage design and drainage structures, CADD and post-design services. Throughout his career, Jim has participated in the management and design of numerous Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) roadway projects and has extensive post design and expert witness services experience. His large project experience includes the $12.5 million design of the I-275/I-4 downtown interchange safety and operational improvements for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in Tampa and currently serves as Program Manager to Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority (THEA) through HNTB’s GEC contract.
John Criss has a Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering (BSCE) as well as a Master’s of Civil Engineering (MCE) from the University of South Florida. He is a registered Professional Engineer and Certified Building Contractor in Florida. John has 30 years of bridge design, bridge inspection, and highway construction experience. He served 5 years as the Atkins Tampa Structures Design Office Manager before returning to construction and is currently the Senior Project Engineer for the Selmon West Extension Project, owned and operated by the Tampa-Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA). |
