Lisa Welsher will engage us in a virtual, learning experience focusedon how to“Lead Teams that Avoid Drama and Focus on Results!” 
During this one-hour session, Lisa will define two alternative approaches for engaging with conflict. She will also outline the roles we tend to play and will explain which roles contribute to drama and which ones focus on desired outcomes and results. At the end of the session, you will be able to identify whenyouare
contributing to unnecessary drama and how you can shift yourself to a much more productive role.

Lisa will be leveraging an entertaining mix of live explanations,video animations, and thought-provoking polling questions to help reinforce what participants are learning. Supporting materials will also be shared to help reinforcethe knowledge transfer so participants can readily apply what they learn.
