Inclusivity in the Workplace: How to foster it and what is required in your leadership to bring forth inclusivity in the Workplace? It begins with education and seld-reflection. Identifying the motivation behind your desire to unpack a legacy of structural racism in America and to do something about it is a personal and introspective process.

Richard Butler is the HR Manager for Talent and Wellness Development for the City of Pittsburgh. Richard is also an adjunct professor at Robert Morris University. He has taught Leadership; Organizational Ethics; Argument, Research, Understanding, and Managing Diversity in the Workplace; and Applied Organizational Leadership Skills.

 

Additionally, Richard has been a fitness professional for over 38 years. He has trained and coached thousands of NCAA athletes, Olympians, NFL, NHL, and members of the USA Karate Team.
