Military Makeover Volunteer Opportunity
PMI Tampa Bay members are invited to volunteer for the Military Makeover with Montel TV project happening this month. Volunteers will help renovate the home of Staff Sargent Matthew Mitchell and his family. Staff Sgt. Mitchell was injured by an IED while serving in Iraq. He lives in St. Petersburg with his wife, two-year-old son, and two fostered nephews.
The program is seeking volunteers who are handy and can perform general labor or have experience with certain home renovation skills. Certified contractors will be onsite to assist. The registration link contains more information about the roles available.
