June Chapter Meeting: Personalities in Leadership
One of the most difficult questions to get a straightforward answer from so many people is, "Can you tell me a little bit about yourself"? Most people fumble as they figure out what are the most important things that they did, but they never truly answer about "who they are". Do we really know who we are? We figure things out about ourselves along the way, but have we explored the reality that there are personality types and that we ALL fit one? Knowing about yourself is paramount to becoming the best leader that you can possibly be, but it's more than knowing yourself. It is understanding the different personality types, strengths, and weaknesses, of the people you are surrounded with as well. If you can understand personality types as a project manager, you can match your team up with tasks that align with their strengths, and pair people up to balance out the scales to optimize talents!
The meeting will take place at Keiser University at 5002 W Waters Ave. Dinner is included.
Early registration is $15 for members and $20 for others. The price will increase to $25 at the door.
