Advanced Agile Essentials is a value-packed 1-day course providing a deep dive into topics necessary to mature your Agile expertise. The class builds on foundational knowledge and exposes students to important, next-step topics and best practices.

This course includes several hands-on activities to reinforce the formal learning and concepts presented in class. In addition, participants are strongly encouraged to share their real-world challenges to create a meaningful learning environment.

This course is recommended for people with a foundational knowledge of the Agile mindset, Scrum, and Kanban; or who have completed the 1-day Agile Essentials course.

This course is aligned with the Project Management Institute’s Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP®) and Scrum Alliance’s Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) and Certified Product Owner (CSPO®) course outlines.
