Jim Emerick is the founder and president of profit-with-purpose Choinque (pronounced "choynk") LLC, an international network of organizations relentlessly pursuing the good and best within themselves and, even more so, in others. Often, this is accomplished by aligning leaders with their organization's values and achieving breakthrough performance via an inspired and engaged workforce. He is an Academy Leadership Master Facilitator and has facilitated leadership events in person and virtually across twelve countries, reaching over twenty-five hundred professionals.
