Moffitt Cancer Center is honored to be recognized as the US Leader and North American Regional Finalist for the PMO Global Awards, which will be announced later this year. Have you heard the statistics that the average PMO has a lifespan of 2-5 years? As the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office pushes into our sixth year at Moffitt, we’ll reflect on how we established a firm foundation for the PMO’s success and the innovation and adaptation that has sustained our practices and continued to deliver value to the organization over time. We’re excited to share the journey that has led us to the world stage and where we plan to grow from here, highlighting tips, tricks, tools & templates that have served us well along the way.
