What does excellent project management look like? This is an interesting question.
One might immediately point to time, budget and scope. Others might look at the project culture and ask whether it was healthy and strong? Or we might look at the customers and ask if they are happy. Maybe it all depends on them?
There are so many ways we could look at this concept of project management excellence. So, let's spend the day together and explore tools, processes, ideas and each other’s opinion on the subject. We'll try to get as many opinions and ideas together in one spot and if we can't consume it all at once we'll record it so we can catch up afterwards.
