The Role of the Project Manager in Modern Agile Projects
Suppose you take away all the bureaucracy associated with being a project manager, as the agile camp seems to want to do - what then? Do you have a job anymore? What is the role of a project manager on a modern, even rabidly agile project?
Come, listen, and ask questions as Dr. Alistair Cockburn, one of the authors of the Agile Manifesto, unpacks this topic.
Presented in conjunction with ACMP Florida, this in-person event serves as a unique opportunity to meet, learn from, and interact with one of the pioneers who happens to live in the local area.
