PMI Tampa Bay’s project professionals are invited to support the 2026 Area 5 Summer Games, a powerful chance to apply project management skills in the community.
Volunteers will support real-time coordination, logistics, teamwork, problem-solving, athlete and partner engagement, and event success. This is a meaningful way to:
- Strengthen leadership and teamwork
- Practice communication and adaptability
- Build community impact and visibility
- Give back through service and inclusion
About the Event
Special Olympics Florida will be hosting the 2026 Area 5 Summer Games, and they’re seeking volunteers to help make the event incredible for athletes and families across the region!
💪 Volunteer Roles Needed
- Lunch / Logistics
- Basketball
- Cycling
- Healthy Athletes
- Soccer
- Track & Field
- Tennis
- Photography
Volunteers are encouraged to stay through the day to assist where needed and cheer athletes to victory!

📌 Requirements
✔️ Bring a completed Class B form
