About our speaker:
Miguel Buleje, Ph.D., brings over 20 years of leadership experience in global IT strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise program management. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, higher education institutions, defense, technology, and public sector organizations. Throughout his career, Dr. Buleje has led multimillion-dollar technology initiatives and driven complex implementations of ERP, cloud, and enterprise systems across diverse industries, including medical devices, aerospace, higher education, and finance. Served in multiple technical and leadership roles in Corporate America, including leadership roles for IBM, Accenture, Home Depot, Cubic Corporation, SAIC, and Medtronic Corporation.
Dr. Buleje holds a Ph.D. in Computer Information Science, an MBA, and an M.S. in Cybersecurity. He also maintains multiple professional certifications, including PMP, CSM, CSPO, ITIL, and Six Sigma. After transitioning from industry to academia, Dr. Buleje now serves as a Professor, Faculty Chair, and Curriculum Developer at DeVry University. He has designed and taught courses in project management, information systems, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. In addition, he has contributed to scholarly publications and presented at national and international conferences on topics such as artificial intelligence in higher education, cybersecurity, enterprise technology, and project management.
