Humane Society Volunteer Event July 2026
Join PMI Tampa Bay for a fun and meaningful volunteer morning at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay! 🐾 Volunteers will spend the morning helping care for our furry friends through activities such as dog walking, assisting in cat areas, preparing treats, cleaning, and supporting other special projects around the shelter. Whether you’re a longtime animal lover or just looking for a rewarding way to give back, this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact while spending time with animals who benefit greatly from extra care, attention, and interaction.

Volunteer Requirements
- Minimum age: 16 years old
- Please be prepared for both indoor and outdoor activities
Attire Requirements
For safety purposes, volunteers must wear:
- Closed-toe tennis shoes ONLY
(No slides, Crocs, sandals, or flip-flops) - Comfortable clothes that may get dirty or wet
- Shorts must be Bermuda-length or longer
- Sleeved shirts only
(No tank tops, crop tops, exposed midriffs, or open-back shirts)
