🏊 PMI Tampa Bay Volunteer Opportunity – Special Olympics Florida Swim Exhibition 🏊
PMI Tampa Bay is excited to continue supporting our local community through another meaningful volunteer opportunity with Special Olympics Florida. Join fellow PMI Tampa Bay members as we help create an unforgettable experience for athletes competing in the 2026 Area 7 Swim Exhibition.
From event support to cheering on athletes throughout the competition, this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact while spending the day alongside an inspiring community built around teamwork, determination, and inclusion.

Date: Saturday, July 25, 2026
Time: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Shelby Aquatic Center

🙌 Volunteer Activities
Volunteers may assist with a variety of event activities, including:
- Venue setup
- Awards assistance
- Timing support
- Athlete staging
- General event support and cheering on athletes throughout the day
Volunteers are encouraged to stay throughout the event to help wherever needed and support the athletes as they compete.
🎽 Volunteers Will Receive
- FREE Special Olympics Florida T-Shirt
- FREE Lunch
- Community service hours documentation (if needed)
📋 Volunteer Requirements
- Complete and print the required Class B Volunteer Form
- Bring the completed form to the event
- Bring a valid photo ID
- Volunteers under 15 must be accompanied by an adult
This is a great opportunity to give back, connect with fellow volunteers, and help support athletes as they showcase their hard work and achievements.
