About Our Presenter
Ramon Danauris Luna, SSM is a technology leader, SAFe Scrum Master, and community mentor with over a decade of experience leading Agile initiatives and delivering complex technical solutions. His background in Oracle database administration, SQL Server, MySQL, and technical leadership has enabled him to successfully align cross-functional teams and drive high-impact project outcomes. Ramon currently serves as the Director of the Mentorship Program for the PMI Tampa Bay Chapter, where he helps develop the next generation of project management leaders. Under his leadership, the program has supported mentees in gaining confidence, earning certifications, and advancing their careers while mentors strengthen their leadership through service. Ultimately, my goal is to enable the team to reach their full potential and achieve their objectives with passion, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
