In early 2019, the newly created Moffitt Cancer Center Enterprise Project Management team was struggling. Their stakeholders undervalued their talents and they were not hitting benchmarks. With pressure to execute on the Center's strategic plan, they quickly needed to adapt. In 2021 they won PMI's Project Management Office of the Year award. Join us for this engaging presentation as Christine DeVol, Amanda Lowe, and Mike New share their personal account of the journey, sharing the trials and tribulations of how they moved from crawling to a walking maturity level while delivering on their stakeholders' strategic plan. This month also marks our first in-person Chapter Meeting in two and a half years! Dinner is included. The price will increase by $5 starting Wednesday, October 20th, so register early!
